Returns & exchanges
We offer free size Exchange returns and free returns. In case you are not satisfied with your size or quality we offer you a free returns within 30-days after your order was received.
Provided that the return or exchange is approved, you’ll normally receive a refund or your desired exchange within 14 days, calculated from the day you sent back your product. .
Delivery
A link for tracing your order can be found in the delivery confirmation, either by e-mail or text message. It may take up to two days for the tracing to be updated by the carrier once the package has been sent from our warehouse

The delivery time above is shown as business days, i.e., weekends and holidays are excluded. The delivery time is calculated from that of the order being packed and ready to leave our warehouse. At the checkout, you’ll find more precise delivery times by looking at each delivery method’s shipping time in the description. Have a look and choose the method that fits you the best!
If you discover that your product has been damaged during shipping, please take distinct photos of the damages and send them to our customer service within two days of receiving the package, and we’ll help you from there!

No, but we do offer a "notify me"-function on the product page! Simply add your email address and which size you are interested in, and we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock!
After a successfully finalised order, we always send out an order confirmation e-mail. If you can’t see it in your inbox or the spam mail within three hours of placing your order, feel free to contact our customer service, and we’ll help you! As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation e-mail.
Payments
No, unfortunately you can't change payment method after placing your order.
The invoice is included into the package. In case the invoice is missed please write to our customer support. Please do not forget to write your order number.

Discounts
You submit your discount code at the checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically once you click "Apply". Please note that you can’t combine several discount codes, price reductions, or deals unless otherwise stated.
The discount on your original order remains unchanged. We only approve exchanges made to the same product in a different colour or size at the same price.
No, unfortunately not. Price reductions are always time-limited, and the current price shown in the webshop is the price that applies to your order.
